The free tools delete everything after 30 minutes. With an account your files live in your own buckets until you remove them — with quotas you can see at a glance.
Nothing is ever lost
Upload a new version and the old one is kept. Restore any version in one click, and bring deleted files back from the recycle bin.
Share with confidence
Send a link that expires tomorrow, needs a password or works only once. Publish a folder for clients. Sharing activity is kept in your activity log.
Signatures built in
Turn any PDF in your drive into a signing request. Place fields, choose the order, require an email code, and get a certificate when everyone has signed.

Turn on AI for a bucket and find “invoices from Acme last quarter” by type, company, amount or date — processed by our own model only.

How to get an account
Accounts on this workspace are created by an administrator, so only invited people can get in.

They add you from Users & Roles and give you a temporary password.

Then change the temporary password from the key icon in the sidebar.

Bucket owners add you as Owner, Editor or Viewer.
