Terms of use

• The tools are provided free of charge, as they are, with usage limits that may change.
• Only upload files you own or have permission to process. You’re responsible for the content of your files and how you use the results.
• Don’t use the tools to break the law, to remove protection from documents you’re not entitled to open, or to overload the service.
• Automated or bulk use needs our agreement — please use a member account and the API instead.

Conversions and edits depend on the source file; layouts, fonts and tables may not come out identical. Covering text in the editor hides it visually but doesn’t remove it from the file. Check results before relying on them, and keep your originals.

Signatures added with the editor are simple electronic signatures. Whether they’re accepted for a particular document depends on the law and the recipient; some documents require other forms of signature.

We aim to keep the service running but don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Files from the free tools are deleted automatically, so download results promptly.

To the extent the law allows, Ayasya Labs isn’t liable for indirect losses or for loss of data arising from use of the free tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Member accounts are also subject to the agreement with the organisation that provides your workspace. Keep your password safe and tell your administrator about any unauthorised use.
