Yes. Your files, the database and the optional AI model all run on infrastructure we operate. Nothing is stored with a public cloud provider or sent to an outside AI company.

Both, in a way. Like S3 it organises files into buckets and has an API with keys for apps; like Drive it has a friendly interface with folders, previews, sharing and version history.

No. Every free tool works without signing in or giving an email address.

Merge, split, compress, convert and the other PDF tools have no task limit. The PDF Editor allows a few free downloads per day without an account — it shows how many are left and when the next one becomes available. Members can use the tools as much as they like and save results straight to their drive.

Yes, in the PDF Editor: click “Edit text” and then a line. The old words are covered and your new words are written on top in a standard font, so the result may look slightly different. The original text is still inside the file, so don’t use this to hide confidential information. Scanned PDFs have no text to edit.

They’re processed in a temporary folder on our own server. Uploads are deleted as soon as processing finishes, and results are deleted after 30 minutes — or immediately when you click “Delete now”. They are never stored in anyone’s Drive, never used to train AI and never sent to third-party services.

We count anonymous usage so we know which tools are useful: the page, the tool, how many files and how large, whether it worked, and the type of device. We never store file names, file contents or your IP address. Visitors are counted with a code that changes every day, so no one can be followed over time.

Up to 50 MB per file and 150 MB per task, with up to 50 files at once.

Some tools rely on open-source programs (such as LibreOffice or Ghostscript) that haven’t been installed on this server. They appear automatically once they are.

Not always. Text-based PDFs convert well, but scanned pages, complex tables and unusual layouts may not come out identical. Scanned PDFs have no text to extract.

No. Your results are yours, with no branding added.

On this workspace, accounts are created by an administrator. Ask your admin to add you from Users & Roles — you’ll get a temporary password to sign in with, which you can change straight away.

Ask an administrator to reset it. They’ll give you a new temporary password, and your other sessions are signed out for safety.

Yes. Send a temporary link — optionally with a password, expiry date, download limit or single use — or make a file or folder public.

No. Each signer gets a personal link by email. You can require a 6-digit email code before they can open the document.

Yes. Everyone can sign at once, one after another, or in steps — for example A and B together, then C once both have signed.

They are electronic signatures with a full audit trail (IP address, device, time and a fingerprint of the original), like the standard signature in most e-sign tools. They are not certificate-based (PKI) digital signatures.

An open-source model running on our own server through Ollama. It is off by default and is switched on per bucket by the bucket’s owner.

Yes. Every feature has an API, documented with interactive Swagger pages at /docs. Members create API keys that can be limited to specific buckets and to read-only access.
