Privacy policy

My Object is operated by Ayasya Labs (“we”). This policy covers the public website, the free document tools, the document assistant and member accounts.

Uploaded files are used only to perform the task you asked for. They’re processed on our own servers, the upload is deleted when processing finishes, and results are deleted automatically after 30 minutes or when you click “Delete now”. We don’t look at, share, sell or use your files to train AI. How your files are processed lists what handles each tool.

The text you type and the names, types and sizes of attached files are sent to our server to choose a tool. They’re processed on our own infrastructure and not stored; we keep only a count of which tool was chosen.

We count page views and tool use without cookies or advertising trackers. For each event we store the tool or page, file counts and sizes, duration, success or failure, device type, browser and operating system, the referring site’s host name, campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and a country derived from your browser’s time zone or our network provider. Unique visitors are counted with a keyed hash of IP address and browser that changes daily. Your browser keeps the date of your first visit in local storage so we can tell new from returning visitors; it contains no identifier and never leaves your device except as a yes/no flag. Statistics are deleted after 400 days.

To enforce the free task limit we store a keyed one-way hash of your IP address with the time of each successful task, and delete it once the limit window has passed.

If you have an account we store your name, email address, password hash, and the files, folders, shares, signatures and settings you create, for as long as the account exists or until you delete them. Account activity is recorded in an audit log that administrators of your workspace can see. Emails (invitations, sign-in codes, signature requests) are sent only for the actions you or your team take.

Like any website, our servers keep access logs (time, IP address, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure and to fix problems. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

You can use the free tools without an account. You can clear your browser’s local storage at any time. Members can export or delete their files and ask us to delete their account. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data — contact us through the operator of this site to exercise them.
