Frequently asked questions

Will my table columns line up?

Columns are detected from the positions of the text. Clean tables usually come out well; merged cells and multi-line cells may need adjusting.

Does it work on scanned statements?

No — scanned pages are images without text. They need OCR first.

What happens to my file?

Your file is processed on our own server in a temporary folder. The upload is deleted as soon as processing finishes and the result after 30 minutes, or straight away when you click “Delete now”. Files are never added to anyone’s drive, used to train AI or sent to third-party services.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use the tool without signing up. The PDF tools have no task limit; the PDF Editor allows a few free downloads per day without an account. Members can use the tools as much as they like and save results to their My Object drive.
